3. Custom Products

Customers are responsible for checking all information submitted for personalised or custom products.

This includes names, text, spelling, photographs, artwork, designs, sizes, quantities, colours, addresses, and other customisation instructions.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Uploaded Images and Artwork

By uploading or submitting photographs, artwork, logos, graphics, text, or other files, you confirm that you own the content or have sufficient permission and rights to use it for the requested product.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited.

270 Hours Plus reserves the right to decline an order where submitted content creates legal, intellectual-property, technical, security, or production concerns.

5. Proof and Approval

Where we provide a digital proof or artwork preview, customers should review it carefully before approval.

Approval confirms that the customer accepts the design, spelling, layout, positioning, and other details shown in the proof, subject to normal printing and production variations.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices may be displayed in INR, USD, or another applicable currency depending on the product, destination, or payment method.

Orders may require full payment before production begins.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and processing requirements may also apply.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Production, dispatch, and delivery times are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote locations, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Personalised, customised, and made-to-order products may not be eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund simply because a customer changes their mind.

Customer-supplied content remains subject to the rights of the customer or relevant rights holder.
