At 270 Hours Plus, many products are personalised, custom-made, made-to-order, or specially produced based on the customer’s requirements. Please review your order details carefully before submitting or approving an order.

Custom and Personalised Products

Because custom and personalised products are produced specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind after production has started.

Customers are responsible for checking all submitted information, including names, text, photographs, artwork, designs, sizes, quantities, shipping addresses, and other customisation details.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during delivery
• Defective
• Incorrect compared with your approved order
• Missing from your shipment

please contact us by email with your order reference, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate replacement, correction, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Once artwork preparation, printing, production, procurement, or fulfilment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. If a cancellation can still be accepted, any reasonable non-recoverable costs already incurred may be deducted where permitted by law.

Colour and Production Variations

Colours displayed on computer screens, tablets, and mobile devices may differ slightly from the final printed product. Minor variations in colour, positioning, dimensions, material, finish, or print appearance caused by normal production processes are not necessarily considered defects.

Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
